Autonomous Rapid Communications (ARC) Platform

Aqura’s Autonomous Rapid Communications (ARC) solution solves the problem of needing reliable communications in remote areas where none are available.

The ARC is a high capacity, reliable communications platform that is transportable, rapidly deployable and engineered to Tier 1 mining standards. Integrating an autonomous LTE Network for local access with a self-acquiring satellite communications dish for back to site connectivity, the ARC platform provides coverage of around 5km to staff, devices and equipment users in locations that are otherwise inaccessible for communications.  This provides our clients with real time access to remote data, consistency in data acquisition from sensors and field devices, whilst enabling field workers to access business applications and communications.  The ability to stream data from a remote site back to head office for processing and analysis allows for prompt feedback to the remote team, helping to avoid costly back tracking to locations that have been identified as worthy of further exploration.

An on-board compute platform further enhances the ARC platforms benefits to clients by allowing local and immediate processing of data using the customer’s own software.

Secure satellite backhaul means you can connect almost anywhere. The satellite antenna is quick to deploy and self-acquiring, requiring no special skills to set up a connection.

Flexible local connectivity & compatibility
ARC can be configured to suit all your connectivity needs, whether it be for your staff or your networked devices. In addition to the local LTE network, wireless network technologies such as Industrial WiFi and LoRaWAN are also available as options.
